Jenesia

Hailing from Spruce Grove, Alberta, Jenesia is comprised of husband and wife duo Jenesa Dawn and Alexander David. Their recently released debut six-song EPCatch-22, recorded at Edmontons Resonate Music with producer Justin 'Dunna' McDonough, captures what they are best known for: a folk-pop sound that provides the foundation for heart-on-sleeve, deeply personal storytelling.

Lyra Brown

Based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Lyra has been writing, recording and performing as a solo artist for a decade. While she writes all the music and lyrics on piano, she often performs with a band at her live shows. Her music is an eclectic blend of piano driven indie-dream pop with a prominent focus on compelling, surreal lyrics.

She released her debut album, The Language of Eyes, in 2015, followed by a music video for her single 'Cheek & Bruise'. She has performed at several festivals: The Edmonton, Calgary and Canmore Folk Festivals, The Edmonton Fringe Festival and UP+DT Festival. The Language of Eyes finished at #7 on CJSRs Top 300 albums of 2015 and she was nominated for 4 awards at the 2016 Edmonton Music Awards.

In June 2017, she released her newest single, 'A Little Vulture Told Me', followed by a music video. In April 2018, she was nominated for 6 Edmonton Music Awards: Female Artist of the Year, Music Video of the Year, Adult Alternative Recording of the Year, Pop Recording of the Year, Singer/Songwriter of the Year and Peoples Choice. In May 2018, the video for 'A Little Vulture Told Me' won best music video at the Alberta Film & Television 2018 Rosie Awards. She is currently working on completing her next album.

Fools Tongue

Luke Ertman and Jeff Ramsey consciously chose the rock and roll road less traveled, eschewing short-term fame and acclaim for long-term artistic integrity and creative mastery. For their entire musical partnership, Ramsey and Ertman have never allowed their music to drift into what was trendy or popular on the radio. They had a vision and stuck with it, even as other band members come and go.
